Artisan Baking Co. and Chef Gwin Grimes are hosting an Earth Dinner & Class to celebrate our commitment to local, sustainable and organic food. This dinner series is sponsored by Organic Valley and Chefs Collaborative. We are joining over 100 restaurants around the country hosting similar dinners. In this unique class, learn tips and tricks to make pizza from scratch at home. We'll make dough and a simple sauce from pantry staples. Then, everyone will create their own own pizzas from a selection of local ingredients sourced from Cowtown Farmers Market and bake them in our stone-deck pizza oven. We'll wrap up class by sitting down to dinner. Feel free to bring a beverage to enjoy with your pizza. We will supply the salad and dessert (also made with local ingredients), iced tea and water, and wine glasses (if you'd like to bring wine)!
