The Pop-Up Markets are the brainchild of Susie Marshall, the president of The Texas Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association (TOFGA). This is the first one being held in Richardson. Vendors include Texas Honeybee Guild and Bar-M Ranch along with many of the ones from the Wednesday Pop-Up Market in Lake Highlands--Texas Worm Ranch, Cita’s Salsa, Wackym’s Kitchen, Dread Head Chef, WeMe Breads, JuHa Ranch, Noble Coyote Coffee, Dylan & Company, Lake Highlands Pallet Creations, Papa Richter’s Roach Ridder and Bohemian Utopia
