The Dallas Farmers Market Cooking Classes get underway Saturday, Jan. 21 and run for five consective Saturdays through Feb. 18.

- Jan. 28: Sexy Soups featuring Salvatore Gisellu of Urban Crust
- Feb. 4: Winter Cooking from Dakotas's featuring Pete Harrison of Dakota's
- Feb. 11: Authentic Mexican Cuisine featirng Abrahan Salum from Komali & Salum
- Feb. 18: Kent's Winter Cooking featuring Kent Rathburn from Abacus, Jasper's and Blue Plate Kitchen
