Our mission is to provide wholesome, disease free, tender, flavorful, natural beef for our fellow Americans. It is 100% Texas, USA born, raised and processed with no added preservatives, hormones, animal by-products, or antibiotics. We want to provide your family with a beef product that you can feel good about.

Darby Farms is an East Texas based beef cattle farm located near Gilmer, Texas. Cody and Rachelle Darby along with girls, Brynn and Josey, own and manage two hundred beef cows. We also have pastured poultry available.

The cows are bred to registered Black Angus bulls which results in a calf that is at least 1/2 Black Angus. Many of the cows are 1/2 Angus which makes their calves 3/4 Angus. This is the same type of cattle as those in the popular Certified Angus Beef program.

Beef is processed and inspected at our local processing plant. The beef is cut and shrink wrapped in clear plastic, labeled and then frozen. We will deliver within a 45 mile radius or you may pick your order up. Your order may also be shipped. Call for current shipping charges.

Estimates are based on 800 pound live weight. Individual animals will vary.
