Polish Mistakes
Serving size: Two pieces
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
History doesn’t record why these called “mistakes” and why the Polish are blamed for them. Could be that they look like mistakes. But why blame the Poles? They gave us great soups, kielbasa and pierogis among other things. Whatever, despite the fact that these are the most unattractive appetizer you will ever serve--they are unrelentingly brown—at the end of the evening, they will be gone. Guaranteed.
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound hot Italian sausage
- 1 pound Velveeta® cheese

- 1 teaspoon oregano

- Arrange on a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 15 minutes until bubbly.
