Atriad Press LLC was established in 2002 by twoTexas writers, to support and nourish the Texas writing community. Some of our books go outside state borders, but this past year we made a decision to stick closer to home. From now on, our books are written here, printed and published here and that's about as home-grown as you can get! We hope our books inform, entertain and amuse the diverse community of today's Texan whether you were born here, or just got here as fast as you could. And please keep checking back, we have new releases often.

Chapin Farms is located in southern Denton county.  Our primary products are vegetables, eggs, chicken, and turkey.  We also have a small herd of small framed, early finishing Red Angus cattle that supply us with a limited quantity of high quality grass finished beef.  Please contact us for further information.

Darby Farms is an East Texas based beef cattle farm located near Gilmer, Texas. The cows are bred to registered Black Angus bulls which results in a calf that is at least 1/2 Black Angus.

Dominion Farms LLC is a family owned and operated Limited Liability Corporation. Ownership is entrusted to three families that are closely related. Jerry and Kay Bynum, Drue and Nora Bynum, and Steve and Nelda Cooper are the families involved in the day to day operations of the farm.

Good Earth Farms raises tropical hair sheet that have a mild savory taste. The lamb is grass-fed on pesticide free and herbicide free pastures.

The goal at JuHa Ranch is simple. Natural products for healthy living. That’s why we use no chemicals such as antibiotics or pesticides in raising our stock. The pastured poultry thrives without the need for artificial products to keep them growing.

All cattle used to produce JZJ Natural Beef are raised from birth by us along with our son Stephen and his family. Animal health, nutrition and all other general management decisions are made with a safe and healthy product in mind. We use gentle, easy handling cattle to create a safe environment for ourselves and our animals.  Although our cattle are allowed to roam freely in the pastures, we do observe their activity daily.

La Cuesta Farm offers Grade A Raw non-pasteurized goat milk and several varieties of delicious artisan farmstead goat cheeses. La Cuesta Farm is a Grade A state of Texas inspected goat dairy offering healthful non pasteurized whole goats' milk, kefir, chai and yogurt as well as a variety of delicious goat milk cheeses for table and culinary uses.

Lone Star Productions is a regional Texas press founded by Ginnie Siena Bivona. Lone Star publishes books with Texas content.

Oak Grove Farms of Ennis, Texas  is owned by Tommy and Kristi Copeland. We are a Certified Naturally Grown Farm and follow an organic program on all our produce.Growing really great tasting vegetables is our passion, and we appreciate the good soil and climate God has given us. We truely enjoy knowing that people find our produce to be some of the best they have had and are repeat customers. 

P.O.P. Acres Ranch and Farm raises beef that is grass-fed only. Eighty percent of the ranch is certified organic and the remaining 43 acres are ready to register as organic. The cattle receive no grain, only extra organic hay during late winter.

Rehoboth Ranch raises grass fed beef and lamb without any grain, and chicken, turkeys, and pork on 100% organic pastures supplemented by a custom grain ration. We use no synthetic chemical fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics or growth stimulating hormones. No feedlots. No confinement houses.

From field to hive to table, Round Rock Honey is never anything more or less than nature intended it to be. That which the bees give us, we give you. When we say 100% honey, we mean it! Round Rock honey is not a varietal honey, but instead a true wildflower honey. Producing wildflower honey is difficult, and yields unpredictable, but in the opinion of Round Rock Honey owners Konrad and Elizabeth Bouffard, it is more important to focus on quality than on quantity!

Our farm has 170 acres of available grazing. Our milk and dairy products are 100% grass fed only, no grain at all, and grazed on organically managed pastures. Our pork, broilers and laying hens are pastured and fed soy free non-certified organic multi grains, whey and milk. Our lambs and beef are 100% grass fed, grazed on organically managed pastures.

SB Longhorns has been raising Texas Longhorn cattle since 2002 and now have approximately 15 head of cattle. Our cattle are never put-up and "finished" on grain.
