  1. Eligibility

The e-commerce section of Eat Green DFW is available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally buying and selling contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors (persons under the age of 18). If you are a under the age of 18, you can use this service only in conjunction with, and under the supervision of your parents or guardians. Producers who use the Eat Green services represent and warrant that (a) all registration information submitted is truthful and accurate; (b) the producer is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of such information.

  1. Role of Eat Green LLC

Eat Green LLC acts as a venue to allow anyone to offer, sell and buy food and food-related products. We have we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. We cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. All items purchased through Eat Green LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract, F.O.B. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the purchaser upon the delivery of the items by the producer to the carrier.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Eat Green LLC or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.   1. Reviews, comments, communications, and other content

Because we are a venue, in the event of disputes between a user and a producer, both sides in the dispute release Eat Green LLC (and our officers, directors and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

  1. Information

We do not control the information provided by producers on www.eatgreendfw.com. Buyers should make every effort to become familiar with the producers they buy from to ensure that their claims are correct. By using this site, you agree to accept any risks involved in a transaction. Eat Green LLC is not responsible for the acts or omissions of users on the site.

  1. Pricing

Except where noted otherwise, the price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself and is set by the producer. With respect to items sold through Eat Green LLC, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite a producer’s best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, the producer will, at his or her discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

  1. Privacy

We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent and we will only use your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We view protection of users' privacy as a very important community principle. We understand clearly that you and your information is one of our most important assets. We store and process your information on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. If you object to your Information being transferred or used in this way please do not use our services.
